1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability and size.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Discounted or sale items, unless defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
