  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days across India (depending on location and courier service).
  • Customers in metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take longer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value (as mentioned on our website).
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track the shipment using the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we deliver only within India. (International shipping not available at this time.)

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at info@inayakidsfootwear.com.
  • If already accepted, kindly share photos/videos of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.
